| Production must go on, every day, five days a week – because standing still costs money. That’s why Bruynkens Meat from Belgium opted for a CFS Service contract for four production lines that prepare, fully cook and pack a wide variety of meatballs, spareribs, grilled sausages and hamburgers. This guarantees the company 95 % or higher machine availability.

| Bruynkens Meat Bruynkens Meat is located in Olen, Belgium. The company manufactures a wide variety of traditional butchers’ products like poultry sausages, fricandeau, meatloaf, meatballs, hamburgers, spareribs and grilled sausages. These quality products are delivered to supermarkets as well as to companies who use them as components in ready meals. Founded in 1989, this family owned company employs 30 people.
Fast response time Marc Carpriau, Managing Director Bruynkens Meat, said, “To take advantage of market opportunities, we did several test runs last year in the CFS Technology Center in Bakel, The Netherlands. This convinced us to invest in an extra production line with the CFS EasyFormer forming machine and the CFS FlowCook hot air tunnel. We now have four production lines running continuously in our company, and instead of employing technical people to support them, I opted for a CFS Service contract. This comprises preventive maintenance one or two times per month and a fast response time on ad hoc call outs. Thanks to their in-depth knowledge of the machines and the short distance to my company, the CFS technical staff ensures that our production lines operate with maximum efficiency. I pay a fixed fee per production hour and CFS guarantees machine availability of 95 % or higher. This guarantee is inclusive hours and materials. CFS takes care of the technical side leaving me free to concentrate on the quality and sales of my meat products. This way I am sure that we can run our demanding production scheme on time, every day.”
A good investment in production security The CFS Service contract has proven to be a good investment for Bruynkens Meat, for their current production as well as possible new needs in the future.
