With the CFS PowerPakNT, CFS now presents the successor to the successful Powerpak thermoformer.
With the CFS PowerPakNT, CFS now presents the successor to the successful Powerpak thermoformer. The completely redesigned machine concept is the answer to the current and future demands of the food industry and sets new standards for performance, cost efficiency, flexibility and hygienic design. The new CFS PowerPakNT is the first CFS machine to be designed consistently according to the principles of the CFS ‘Lifecycle Performance’ approach.

 

Outstanding investment security
In its CFS PowerPakNT CFS focuses consistently on a modular basis. The entire machine consists of functional modules with plug&play capability that can be combined according to the specific demands. With the CFS PowerPakNT customers no longer have to commit themselves to a permanent design when they purchase, but can retool and upgrade the machine when requirements change. The CFS PowerPakNT thus offers investment security that cannot be matched by any other thermoformer on the market

Savings of up to 100,000 euros a year
In the machine concept CFS has optimized all workflows to reduce downtimes. The result is more than convincing. The CFS PowerPakNT makes it possible to attain a technical machine availability of up to 99%! Not only features such as the double-roll labeller and shortened cleaning times have contributed to this, but also the continuous recording of machine data. This enables the calculation of possible scenarios for cost savings. Examples have shown that savings of up to 100,000 Euros or more per year can be achieved.

Innovative hygienic design
It is virtually taken for granted that the CFS PowerPakNT features a convincing hygienic design as well. Not only are all relevant national and international standards met and individual HAACP and SSOP concepts supported, but also the time required for daily cleaning was significantly reduced.
