“We have four production lines running continuously in our company and instead of employing technical people to support them, I opted for a CFS Service-contract. This comprises preventive maintenance one or two times per month and a fast response time on ad hoc call outs. I pay a fixed fee per production hour and CFS guarantees a machine-availability of 95 % or higher. This way I am sure that we can run our demanding production scheme on time, every day.”
