Slicing Equipment
You want to slice sausage, ham or cheese in the most efficient way and want to achieve high throughputs, improved yield and reduced give away. CFS peeling, slicing and loading machines are developed following the latest hygienic standards. Providing smart loading and a fully automatic hand-free production.
With a slicing area of 550 x 210 mm the new CFS GigaSlicer is the largest in its class. It slices one lane more than conventional machines, for example, five 110 mm diameter sausages instead of just four. When used together with the CFS PowerPakNT sliced portions are packed at a higher capacity than comparable combinations on the market today. This really brings the cost per package down.

With the new labelling concept CFS TiroLabelNT label reels can be changed without downtime. Also torn backing material can be removed while the machine is running. The fundamental advantage is the separation of label dispenser and applicator unit into two separate modules.
