InterMeat : CFS presents processing and packaging solutions for meat, poultry, fish and cheese

At CFS stand No. C 02 in hall 7 A at InterMeat, taking place in Düsseldorf September 28th – October 1st, visitors will be informed about the complete product portfolio of CFS, from a single machine to a complete production line. Focus is on the daily operational challenges of meat processors – variety and flexibility, costs per kg/package, food safety and environment.

 

Marination Equipment

Today’s consumer is looking for easy to prepare, juicy and tasty products. Marination is an excellent way to turn an ordinary cut of meat, poultry or fish into the basis of a succulent meal. Marination not only adds value to cheaper cuts, but also creates new products with their own unique taste profile. Therefore CFS provides brine preparation-, injection-, tenderising- and tumbling-/massaging equipment.

 

Preparation Equipment

Giving the most efficient and gentle treatment to your valuable raw materials offers quality end products and improved yield. CFS preparation equipment (grinding-, mixing-, analysing-, portioning-, cutting-, emulsifying- and handling equipment) is a result of technology expertise, solid engineering practise and professional skills. Well founded knowledge of the trade is our key to efficient and reliable machines providing the best possible results in any production environment.

 

Processing Equipment

You can create products in all shapes and sizes, give coated products a great appeal and taste, cook to perfection and preserve quality, freshness, structure and weight – day in day out. CFS processing equipment (forming-, predusting-, batter-& breading-, tempura-, frying-, cooking-, grilling and cooling-/freezing equipment) is designed to meet increased demands on hygiene, products quality and automation. Offering you versatility, increased yield and maximum product safety.

 

Slicing Equipment

You want to slice sausage, ham or cheese in the most efficient way and want to achieve high throughputs, improved yield and reduced give away. CFS peeling, slicing and loading machines are developed following the latest hygienic standards. Providing smart loading and a fully automatic hand-free production.

With a slicing area of 550 x 210 mm the new CFS GigaSlicer is the largest in its class. It slices one lane more than conventional machines, for example, five 110 mm diameter sausages instead of just four. When used together with the CFS PowerPakNT sliced portions are packed at a higher capacity than comparable combinations on the market today. This really brings the cost per package down.

 

Packaging Materials and Packaging Machines

Security, product protection, longer shelf life and presentation are the basic requirements for packaging in the food industry. CFS assists his customers with a customised packaging solution. If fresh, sliced or frozen products – CFS packaging materials maximise the protection of your product. Consumer presentation of your product on the shelf is just as important as the product’s taste itself. Since buying decisions rely heavily on the product’s outside appearance, and flexibility of the range of products to be packed.

CFS Packaging Equipment – thermoformer, trayformer, traysealer as well as vertical flow packing machines – offers you efficiency, speed and reliability. CFS also offers peripheral equipment such as labellers, printers etc.

 

With the new labelling concept CFS TiroLabelNT label reels can be changed without downtime. Also torn backing material can be removed while the machine is running. The fundamental advantage is the separation of label dispenser and applicator unit into two separate modules.
