•  Lead by example by designing, building and maintaining the CAD/CAM environment to the highest quality development standards and practices.
• Document application designs, processes, and practices so that all projects and changes are completed on time and within budget.
• Collaborate with engineering departments to support organizational needs on CAD (SolidWorks, ME10, AutoCAD, Eplan) CAM and PDM (keytech Pro).
• Demonstrate a proactive approach to improve quality and resolve issues as they occur on a global scale.
